Charlotte Planchou est une artiste de scène, une interprète habitée qui fait du dépouillement une force. Pas de mise en scène : une chaise, un micro, et l’art du chant. Son répertoire, libre et mouvant qu’elle tisse entre jazz, chanson et poésie, suit les messages qu’elle porte, les émotions qu’elle veut traverser.

En 2024, suite à la sortie de son second album “le Carillon” aux côtés du pianiste Mark Priore, elle est désignée "Vocaliste de l'année" dans le Best of Jazz Magazine, "Prix Évidence" de l'Académie du Jazz et Coup de Coeur de l'Académie Charles Cros. L’album est salué par la critique (Choc Jazz Magazine, disque de la semaine TSF Jazz, Coup de Coeur ClubjazzaFip).
En résidence à l'Astrada de Marciac, le duo se produit tout au long de la saison 2024/2025 en France et à l'étranger : Festival de Vincennes, Jazz in Marciac, Jazz à Saint-Germain, Salle Pleyel (You & the night & the Music) …

Charlotte Planchou is a performing artist, a possessed performer who makes simplicity a strength. No staging: a chair, a microphone, and the art of singing. In 2024, following the release of her second album "Le Carillon" alongside pianist Mark Priore, she was named "Vocalist of the Year" in Best of Jazz Magazine, "Prix Évidence" from the Académie du Jazz, and "Coup de Coeur" from the Académie Charles Cros. The album has received critical acclaim (Choc Jazz Magazine, TSF Jazz Album of the Week, ClubjazzaFip Favorite).
